BLACK AMERICA 2009 A GRIPPING REPORT ON POLICE CORRUPTION ABUSE OF POWER IN AMERICA - Jan 09,2009

Not doing well still folks with the CHF, high blood pressure 200/113, still without the car not enough to get the plates insurance etc but still doing programs because the nightmare that I will share is happening all over the country now, and there is no one there that will impeach law enforcement officers and those who are hidden from within the walls with clout from going after people. I am a whistle blower and they do not like in your face reporting because they openly control the media not only here in Chicago but worldwide accept public radio and those of us who moved into the alternative media. Many reporters like GARY WEBB and others loss their life, career, money and everything else for doing the right thing reporting the truth that some many in this country missed.

If we were on it, then 9/11 would have stopped in it's tracks, you see many within media sources and those of us who knew and had law enforcement who blew the whistle with others all warning the US of treason acts are now all forced into conditions for which I am discussing here.

Watch the news America is not working, we are without credit losing homes and indeed in crisis but again those who did this are not impeachable nor will they ever go to jail. The criminals are us, a few days ago in Oakland a young black teen was murdered by the police and for those within the Chicago land area that is a norm because we have no civil rights when it comes to this, the lack of concern for black area residence is a open issue that can not be overturned and within the suburban communities where I live its still a living nightmare just minus the drive-by's you see we are not wanted.

I watch those from within the Spanish community go out work within golf courses malls and everywhere else once it seems that they are making too much money they use immigrations to get them out if they want to but to employ blacks nope! first rule of thumb everyone needs to be bi-lingo that’s the first one they use then they do background check after background check on you and me but those at the top drink, some have drug habits and the testing process seems to go right by the checks but blacks don't get even that far because we are the gang members the drug lords and or like popular police training 'GANG BANGERS' I am a woman from one of the first famous Black families of Illinois I am a gang member yes within the suburbs status is all the money you have and indeed there are many hidden Madoff's within but that’s ok because this is the American way! If your black your a dealer.

My 20 year old son is living in Western Springs Illinois another community with less than 1% black population, I have him on interview please listen to the radio show attached and understand this is black America, its youth and policing in 2009! Oh and the attorney general doesn’t do anything about these crimes nor do all the so called civil rights codes and acts and everything else it's going on and strong.

They all know who I am out here and within the city, they may play stupid but again I am in there face about politic issues that no one else would dare talk about because of what they do!

I worked within the courts, corporation America's top fortune 500 corporations and know them, well.

and here is my point the arrested the other day of my son with his girlfriend who has MS she is 19 yrs old, they can not find work, are black balled in hiring my son could not finish school because of the harassment which forced us almost into the streets, my son just asked some people in the area about removing snow from they're garages and they hired him for repeat business, the little girl with the lemon-aid stand, and or the door to door salesman even have this one happen, but this is good old Illinois burbs with black folks living within. By the way I am a mix racer too but that means a hell of beans and I can care less, just using this as an example of blacks in America 2009.

The police in Western Springs Illinois surrounded them on the street with at least 4 cars, they also claimed he is on the list of dangerous people who are armed and extremely dangerous.

My son who is 2O yrs old owns no gun nothing we never owned one! He was arrested he had a traffic issue and it was already heard within the courts but they never took it off the computer. Again open harassment maybe because of him being my son as well because they know my name and it’s all a play of clout from the back walls.

He was later released for this one, but this is every time he goes out, after that the police were watching the house. Came up to him because he was walking the dog within the back of the house.

What is a Equity Default Swap? Well this is another part of Black Hole Economics where your money was moved into another false flag hedge fund game within over sea's markets whereby the high risk game of taking pools of your Homes and placing them into equity pools developed from your homes being sold within the secondary market. Equity default swaps use the credit default swap technology, but not to transfer credit risk - they transfer the risk of major diminution in the market value of shares. Like in case of credit default swaps, equity default swaps have also been linked to notes and taken into the capital market in form of "credit linked notes" - you may also call them equity linked notes.

Another interesting dimension in the equity default swap (EDS) application has been that CDOs have included equity default swaps in their overall portfolio - along with credit default swaps, total rate of return swaps, etc.

The usual modality of an EDS is to choose a trigger event, similar to credit events - typically a decline of 30% or more in the equity price of the reference entity from the effective date. The terms of settlement may be either physical delivery or cash settlement. And cash settlement might have a binary payout or the actual difference in valuation. In case of binary settlement, the payout can be based on an assumed recovery of 50%. Thus, if the market value falls by 30% or more, the protection buyer is paid to the extent of 50% by the protection seller. Note that neither the decline of 30% is sacrosanct, nor the recovery rate - for instance, the Zest CDO noted below uses a 70% decline as the trigger point.

While the determination of credit events in credit derivatives is less transparent, the trigger event in EDS is market information-based, and hence, is more transparent.
EDS and CDS

How do equity default swaps relate to credit derivatives? Credit derivatives are contracts relating to the general credit of the reference entity. The typical reference obligation is unsecured loans or bonds - which are technically triggered only after the equity is fully lost. On the contrary, EDS are latched to a certain percentage loss in equity value - therefore, the trigger events in EDS will occur much sooner than the credit event in CDS. However, both relate to the general credit of a reference entity.
EDS and equity puts:

How are EDS different from equity puts? In essence, even a credit default swap is a put, so is an equity default put. The only distinction possibly is the steepness of the decline in equity prices and the recovered amount.
Where does it come from?

Quite obviously, the trend towards exotic credit derivative products stems from the urge of portfolio managers to pick up yields and to introduce more product diversification.

Interestingly, rating agencies have rated CDOs which included equity default swaps.
EDS activity:

The first notable transaction of CDO incorporating EDS was Moody's-rated Odysseus deal arranged by JP Morgan, which consisted of a portfolio of 100 reference entities, with 10% of these being EDS.

In Japan, in February 2004, Daiwa Securities SMBC took the EDS concept a step further when it launched the first publicly rated arbitrage CDO 100% collateralized by EDS. Zest Investments V issued ¥31.5 billion of notes in five different classes, backed by EDS on a portfolio of 30 quoted blue-chip corporates with an aggregate notional amount of ¥45 billion. Payment to the protection buyer will be triggered if the share price of any of the companies referenced in the EDS portfolio falls by more than 70% from its initial price and if the share price fails to recover to the initial level by December 2008.

Now you were under the belief that you got into that interest program just by error, which I am alleging that there was not mistake in this plan! You paid almost all of your mortgage payment into a Black Hole that they used to keep you out of ownership and also the payment of interest was used to develop more and more cash pools for them to play with in these markets of CDS CDO EDS and within an accrued interest casino game whereby they gambled your home until they are caught because there was nothing backing the risk!

Is this criminal? well you go figure! if you did this would you be under investigation? But if you control law enforcement then you got the game under control.

As I stated before in my other article they would move your loss into another Banking vehicle and for some reason on Monday the stock market went up after claiming that the failed Wall Street markets would cause complete collapse of world Financial markets.

As they did in 1880's during the PIGGY BANK SCANDAL of the Savings and Loan Banks which were closed and collapsed under the same scams here we go again without your involvement they mover money into so-called Private Banks!

You got your home stolen, and they get away with the cash! I know that this is real because after reporting this I notice that the police in the area are involved in watching me and harassing those who know me, within Traffic Tickets and other ways so that no one will be around if they harm me, sending a message to me again to shut up or else.

These creatures are of habit and can be seen if you follow the money trail they leave behind. Not the money you such have, and or the home you have whereby they create and more us like cattle from one level of debt to the next where they can continue to be Multi Zillionaires where we are just mere slaves creating more an more for those who are on the top. Can you complain yes! Will they investigate? Well since they control the policing agencies no one will do a thing about it! Your loss is there massive gain.

Now do you want Mccain in office? one of the Keating Five who knew about this scam as others did and all of them did nothing! They are making they're other money prior to leaving the White House, within no regulations and safe guards to the public interest. No one will investigation and freeze foreclosures because they know that there are too many involved.

Tax breaks will just make you think you are getting something whereby all is just playing the "house" (You) against the middle!

So go to the polls and vote them in again and again! You need to do a full background check and then a lie detector test on these people and oh don't forget see if they are high stake gamblers because the last pile of those in the White house seem to be just that!

The fact is that on the issue of bailing out Wall Street, those in the know are picking up stocks for $1.41 a share, they are waiting for the $700 Billion Bailout plan to go into effect where once it is done they will make a killing off the hands of the people again! People who are frighten to death with media hype on Wall Street's lack of ability to manage money! We are quickly moving into a third world environment they are allegedly as we are told the smartest people in the United States, who project 20 yrs into the future on the day to day functions of Government, World Finance and balance in the Ecomony within the USA based of factors Business, Trade, and our money but they are claiming they had no knowledge of what was happening until just a few weeks ago - please!

We are being played and again we need to vote those folks out of office who had hands in this! Those who head "The Ways and Means committee, Financial Commitee, and the office of Checks and Balances. Look at how much money was spend to hear the case of steroid use in baseball! and other issues they tabled while the housing industry was collapsing all around us! Yes indeed the collapse was going on then and years before I knew this was happening reported housing fraud in the Chicagoland area and was just denied right from those within the Government and investigative agencies to look into fraud and corruption it was covered up lots of money was being made.

Then on my daily radio program I had victims on with their stories who took their information into the justice system, filed motion after motion whereby the courts allow fraud within the courts by not ruling on cases where those who claimed to eviction were involve with theft within the mortgage industry. I got the statement of WE DON'T HABDLE THAT! FROM EVERY OFFICE I CONTACTED FROM THE POLICE ON UP and they those within insider clout attack me and my family using the police to traffic us, and defraud my bank to make me out as a criminal.

I was told by those within and knew that loan officers were being killed over speaking out about the mess which was going on year back! Again no real investigate was done, those who had the position within the government to investigate did nothing, just fluff a few arrest here and there, but nothing that touch on were the money, so of which was being used in real estate to fund terrorist! Yep before and after 9/11 the treasury had within its records of investigation of money in real esate being used for terrorism read the stories about James White the business partner of James Bath it made Time Magazine! and how the borrower was being played within other schemes I saw them and reported it to the Attorney General of Illinois and gtot no where on a house I rented with a option to buy in Hinsdale Illinois the woman who rented it to me never owned the property lied about her real name, married a man who was using another false name and then got a mortgage from a company against the home they falsly rented to me as a first time buyer program used my phone number which I had reported and received over $100k after the loan was made to them! The man her husband had no job but a 700 credit score which was used to get the home for 340k which was really then only $254K and they got the different in hand on that house and three others in the area! from a mortgage business operating out of a beauty salon with the corporate offce which was inside a doctors office in Chicago! This was under the name of well known Mortgage Corporations! I went to court the there was an illegal conveynce pf deed allowed fraud on the court and I got evicted. The office of banks and real estate did nothing they claimed I did not own the home even after I told them that I had a rent to own contract. Then it got worse there were loan officers being murdered all over the US some arrest and those who loss homes within massive frauds within the courts were evicted to the streets with Judges allowing one sided Summary Judgements in housing courts. And these issues were tied into the later nightmares which ended up on wall street because on the secondary market borrowers paper was moved within stocks, and futures markets making millions and billions for others on the backs of the consumrer who knew nothing! We need to clean house adn get people in office who care about the rights and issues of the people!

Americans spoke out to the justice system then and they refused to listen and or commit to the people that they served. They could care less again those who voted them into office.

They want us to believe that not one of them had the ability to forecast this Mortgage Crisis prior to Wall Street, nor were they interested years back in starting to cleaning up the mess before it happened.

Yes, 9/11 was an insider trader job too, look into what happened within insurance companies owing the binder on the WTC center, look at the bail out from the 1993 WTC bombing which almost made NYC bankrupt alone with one of the top insurers in the world. They were all bailed out all of them reformed and who paid for that one we did again.

If this government sought the repayment of Haliburton over stated invoicing and all the other money which was paid out to privately held clouted earmarked businesses that were getting special treatment and contracts via our goverment did you know that we would have over a trillion dollars in revenue that could be used to bail out alleged Wall Street problems within this crisis!.

Again the people need something back on this one, President Roosevelt backed citizen based ecomonic loans by giving war bonds which had interested added to them, today we get nothing! Not even a bail out program for those losing their homes within foreclosures who were placed at risk from these mad loans offered up to them.

The people need to request that within this bailout program that bonds are issues to every American so that once this nightmare turns around the people will have something in return not in a rebate but something that gives them shares in the US, real voting power over the land itself.

We need to stop NAFTA NOW! bring back industry and make manufacturing within the United States afordable for the medium and small size business to afford commerce here in the USA, which will create jobs and getting America's Back to work.

Freeze Foreclosures in the USA, stop them now! ON all of the Millions of America's homes!

In case matter they claim that the failure of Wall Street was based on the Mortgage Industry and fraud within the industry so therefore if they are investigating this issue with the FBI there should be a stay of all pending foreclosure action in the courts system, and reopening of previously cases heard due to the fraud on the court!

The people have a right and course in this matter to be a party to the lawsuit, and investigate made by the FBI, and Justice Department this should include all previously heard cases in the courts going back as far at 20 yrs.

There should be filings of Summary Judgements of the bases of BREACH OF CONTRACT. The violation of contractual act and civil rights violations due to acts of fraud on court record and other issues that occured within many of the cases judged whereby the arguments of the people were not allowed in these cases within many courts across the US.

We need to go to Congress and the Senate, and requesting a meeting bring a group of people with on this issue and get those had investigative powers on the floor of Congress to considering creating a new Homeowners Protection Policy.

Housing and Market Crisis We need to Speak out now

Catherine Austin Fitts, served as managing director and member of the board of directors of the Wall Street investment bank Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., as Assistant Secretary of Housing/Federal Housing Commissioner at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in the first Bush Administration, and was the president of Hamilton Securities Group, Inc., an investment bank and financial software developer knew about the theft within HUD years ago which impacted the public housing then.

In the 80’s HUD properties on paper which DID NOT EXIST in reality, were given lots of money for repair. The only issue was that the property was there indeed, but no Public Housing existed on those sites! Instead of a federally funding property with housing on the grounds for the poor, property was on a vacate lot, and was used to create financial shells. Federal Government paid to fix equipment and apartment(s) via shell privately held businesses who received Government contracts via HUD to do the work.

Money out, money gone the poor received nothing, the tax payers paid for this nightmare, where poor families loss children and love ones who stepped onto elevators which never arrived to they’re floor, and without looking they fell to their deaths due to non-working equipment. This was massive contract fraud and corruption. Was this money ever repaid to the system?

The issue of Real Estate, Housing and Mortgage Banking fraud began years ago and many watched inside in horror. The Mortgage guy and gal who were just attempting to do a serve as the middleman in these loans were placed at risk. The consumer need for affordable housing growth, the condo scare was on, whereby many available rentals were converting over night. Renters with moderate incomes were being forced to purchase homes due to condo conversions, and housing availability in good areas.

Then the conventional Mortgage Loan Market Place, opened up to the subprime market. In the beginning you still had to have 20% down and at least at 560 credit score. Many of the banks required you to pay off your credit card debt prior to purchase. Then as time pasted the requirement got weaker and weaker for consumer credit guidelines.

In the mid 90’s the interest only program came out whereby loans were being done with the interest being 1,2,3% and very little being paid onto the principle.

Properties were assessed within future value appraisals which no one speaks of today.

I know about these loans, because I was in the Mortgage Industry and was a Director of a Gold coast Mortgage LLC. Money was being made, greed factors was present and then the real estate market became a playground of developers and others getting your mother and fathers property for $200-300k which they had originally purchased under $50k 20 years earlier.

The 50k homes were being replaced by 500k to millions of dollar property(s), which offered up a large bank roll for all involved except for the consumer who is now the fall guy in the mortgage mess.

The game was to Stated Your Income on the Mortgage Application called the 1003, whereby the consumer stated what they made in earnings, which was in many cases certified by CPA's. The game the income may have been bumped up so they could qualify for these new lending products.

The consumer was not really aware of the money owed on the loan and how the adjustment worked whereby after the loan was granted and it adjusted based on being on an arm the adjustment figure would cause the loans to go from a example of 3% interest only to maybe 6-10%. The increase added more to the mortgage payment as well making it hard for many to pay back the debt to the bank!

This meant that you have nothing built in to pull from if there was a crisis. No equity, the appraised value was on future values of property within your area, and you paid nothing into the principle of the loan. Your monthly payment mostly went directly into interest!

The money was flowing in and out of hands of the people within the banking industries and your property was being sold to security firms who held onto the paper making more and more money off your new debt. Those who owned property were no more than just glorified renters.

The secondary market had the homes, they held your paper, and served your debt, and this is where Freddie Mac and the other entire Mac businesses made there money for your loan defaulting. There was a value to your home on resale within the secondary market, if the home was foreclosed on then. But today they claim they can not determine the value of these properties, the consumer are left on the doorsteps of the court house faced with administrative judgment known as "Summary Judgments" whereby you are already guilty of something, and you can not argue your case before the court because within this type of judgment the contract has determined, prior to your case because you defaulted in payment therefore failure to pay created your doomed and loss of basic rights to fight your case.

A few weeks ago I visited a Chicago courthouse and saw 3 paralegals with a least 40 cases on the desk (three of them within this hearing all with 40 cases a piece for just one courtroom calendar hour) that means 120 people loss they’re homes in 60 minutes, where only three people (home owners came to attempt to get some rights within the system) Because they had no money to fight with due to loss of job, lack of income and or being in a home they could had ever afforded the judge granted them between 30-60 days to vacate; meaning they were being evicted on to the streets.

These people are Americans, middle class, the people who work everyday just getting by on today’s economy. They have children are now thrush into becoming the poor over night

There is no bailout. Those involved did not use common sense within the high financially world! Or did they and this is just a new Y2K Game being played?

They claim the consumer needs to go to , money management classes in order to get a mortgage, but look at the real mess and were it came from and this issue was not coming for the Millions of Americans who are losing their homes its involving Wall Street!

Many of these people in that courtroom the day I had visited were minorities! They had no attorney nothing just now the streets. The housing issue is outrageous, condos all over the place with fewer apartments available within affordable prices.

Please note that the housing nightmare has only just begun and the 700-987 billion dollars needed is just a bandage to next weeks shortage.

The Game, But it will make a lot of people lots of money, when the stock market opens on Monday of next week, you see the game is that you the consumer are frighten and selling your stock, getting out of money market accounts, and market in general being of all the scares being told of failing markets.

While you sell they are buying! YEP! They are buying your stock at little or nothing due to panic! If these billions of dollars are release by Friday then that means on Monday to market will go to a new level high due to increase inflated revenue from all the new business transactions, like Lehman Brothers bailed oil, others being sold etc., this will increase the stocks on the market.

But they refuse to help bailout the people by freezing foreclosures why? You think about it, and look to what else may happen to the dollar within the coming weeks from consumer mortgage property buy-outs by foreign nations and businesses. So who needs money management classes you and them? Or is it just a game to create more money out of your pocket into their hands.

Look at Halliburton never paying back a dime of the money they used while over stating military invoices! We ate that one! Yep, Joe public that is, we sent water and food into our military men and women when there was no money available to do this via the military budget! Don't you recall? And no one asked them to pay the money back! if in fact there was an accounting for over stated invoicing and it was paid back to the Fed's how much of refund could have been used to recoup the stock market today without asking the tax payers for a dime!

Our military was placed at great risk and no one did any thing and Bunny Greenhouse of the Army Core of Engineers loss her job over this one, for coming out and speaking the truth!

There are millions of insiders, whistle blowers who are still talking and filing suits whereby the justice department did nothing but ruin their life caused them to be followed harassed investigated harmed bankrupt and or murdered I was one of them, I could not get work and was medical rendered yes they control the hospital via peer administrators who are backed by pharmaceutical industry who have direct ties into those who are within the White house! These folks can use clout against you! We (whistle blowers) saw warned and spoke out with nothing other than being called conspiracy nut cases. So is the bailout reasonable, NO! Because they need to bailout the millions of America’s with bad loans in foreclosure, the college kids and get out nation to work by recalling NATFA.

Where is the bailout for you me and the middle guys!

I TOOK A PROGRAM to the Federal Government via Congressman and Senators, no interest nothing! They could have stopped this months ago even Lyndon Larouche has another program as well, different than the one I offer all and all nothing no done and there was no interest why?

TO THOSE IN THE CONGRESS AND SENATE (not all of them are involved! but many are, by their open refusal to discuss these issues with the people, and look into new program that can help the consumer as well within this risk.

Again Congressman Dennis Kucinich got involved and he is an “Action Man” who is interested in the needs of the people, he is not for the bail out unless there is a American side of the bill as well. My idea is that if they can not worked to resolved this crisis now they why do we need them in the White house within the next terms?

ONE THING MCCAIN DID DO WAS TO STOP CAMPAIGNING TO DEAL WITH THE CRISIS, BUT WILL HE BE ON THE RIGHTS OF BAILING OUT MILLIONS OF AMERICAN HOME OWNERS HUH?! THEY NEED TO FREEZE ALL FORECLOSURES WITHIN THE COURT SYSTEM NOW!!! AND ALLOW THE PEOPLE TO STAY IN THEIR HOMES UNTIL THIS ISSUE CORRECTED. NOT JUST BAIL OUT THE TRILLIONAIRE AT THE TOP.

Was there Voting Fraud Again - Well this is what is being stated about New Hampshire Whats Your Feel - Jan 19,2008

1-17-08: Ballot boxes found slit; NH stops putting ballots in vault;
No worries, say New Hampshire officials when cuts up to eight inches long are spotted in newly delivered ballot boxes. "The only seal that counts is the one on top."

Except the seal on top can be peeled off without leaving a trace, then reaffixed.

Black Box Voting has been doing a chain of custody exam for the New Hampshire Primary's recount. On Wednesday night, Election Defense Alliance's Sally Castleman mentioned a troubling observation: After following the ballots back to the ballot vault following Wednesday's recount, she had the opportunity to enter the ballot vault, and noticed what looked like cuts, or slits, in the side of many ballot boxes. New Hampshire officials assured us that these cuts, which slice through the tape and seals do not permit access to the uncounted ballots, pointing to a label on the boxtop which they call a seal.

But the "seal" can be removed, like a Post-it, and reaffixed. So it's not a seal all!

We wanted to know if the ballot boxes were slit while in the vault, in the transport van, or came from the towns with slits in them.

I confirmed this morning that many if not most of the boxes scheduled to be counted today had slits in them. I went out when a vanload of ballots arrived, and saw that they were slit at the time they arrived by van. Susan Pynchon and I drove to two nearby towns and watched as they handed over their ballot boxes to "Butch and Hoppy", the two men who drive around in the state in a van picking the ballots up. We observed as they loaded boxes of ballots into the van with no slits at all in them. We videotaped each of these up close. They arrived at the destination without slits. The label on the top was affixed, but in some cases was crumpled, or also damaged.

Of cource, the label affixed to the top can be removed and reattached without telltale signs.

No vault tonight

A significant departure from the normal chain of custody path occurred tonight. They decided not to use the vault to store the ballots.

The Son of Man, leader and teacher of the New Nation of Islam, was born November 26, 1950 in Leland, Mississippi. His parents were sharecroppers. They moved to California when the Son of Man was about 3 and 1/2 years old. He grew up in Los Angeles, California.

In 1973, the Son of Man visited Muhammad's Temple where he heard and accepted the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. He attended Temple #27 in Los Angeles, California.
